looks like it quite a while since i last post..

today went back to training .. i thought they gonna improve alot ,who knows when i got back in.. they all also didt train much, nvm abt that ba..

train basic at start all de all stuff.. then BOON !!!! PTI ^^ push up and sit up zzz.. after that 6+ reach home.. coz its a must.. then when off to a dinner..

woo !! i drank quite alot there ^^ so got back home got to rest first.. so here i am .. UP ^^ wanna play game but i think sever check so no choice lor come blog haha ^^ ..


update more later ... since there's nth to do i will go out for a little run ^^
